1. Product Overview
05701-A-302 is the core single-channel control card of Honeywell System57 gas detection rack system, dedicated to combustible gas LEL monitoring in hazardous industrial zones.
It supports two mainstream field sensor signals: millivolt catalytic bead sensors and 4–20mA gas transmitters, with built-in high-precision signal conditioning and anti-interference filtering circuits. The front composite LCD integrates analog bar graph, digital value and fault text prompts, and technicians can complete sensor calibration and alarm parameter setting directly via front panel buttons without upper computer.
Three independent alarm levels (A1/A2/A3) with corresponding LED indicators and multi-group relay dry contacts for interlocking ventilation fans, emergency shut-off valves and audible/visual alarms. It provides standard 4–20mA analog output and Modbus RTU serial communication interface to upload gas concentration and fault data to central DCS/SCADA systems such as Experion PKS C300.
Continuous self-diagnosis detects sensor open circuit, cable short circuit and internal hardware failure, and displays fault codes on the screen for rapid maintenance. Low long-term drift reduces on-site calibration frequency, conformal coated PCB adapts to high temperature and humidity industrial cabinets. Honeywell has stopped new original production, only surplus and refurbished spare parts are available on the aftermarket.
